      Pros

      Reliable hours and pay, decent benefits, flexible work location, campus location and resources are nice

      Cons

      Chronic understaffing, no perks, very little hope for advancement or competitive pay, really negative culture among the employees as a result of the aforementioned understaffing and lack of appreciation for employees

      Good benefits, tuition remission, love my personal supervisor

      Cons

      They're really not handling the return to office transition well. Overall, they're giving a lot of lip service to listening to the concerns of the staff and then doing whatever they wanted to do in the first place. It isn't a great environment. They pay a bit better than other universities in the area, but I imagine that's just so it makes it harder to leave.
