Friendly staff. Most of the staff hang out together after work.

Cons

If you clock in ONE MINUTE late they write you up. The ER turnover rate is crazy. So they are extremely understaffed. One day there were only 5 nurses in the entire ED one was triage one at the ambo entrance and one nurse to work the Covid section. So that left 2 nurses for the entire department. This hospital is for profit and gives nothing to employees. I would never go back. Stock techs in the ED make more than the techs. There is no parking and the ticket enforcement is walking around all day ticketing and booting cars.

Good tuition benefits, nice campus and environment.

Cons

Was lied to about pay. Was promised by supervisor for 45K, HR then said 36K was the max after I'd been given a written offer from the lab. HR's offer didn't even meet the guidelines they published with the position advertisement. 401k matching doesn't start till after two years of service.
