The pay is kinda low, compared to others.

Leadership does not communicate clearly or at all. Expectations are not clear and everyone is treated differently. Workload and productivity across teams and within teams are very inconsistent. There are no raises or bonuses or salary increase schedules. No formal recognition for work well done or growth/career advancement opportunities . The benefits are lacking in terms of health insurance, PTO, etc There is no paternity leave. No dependent care benefit. No cost of living increase to keep up with inflation . You can't roll over any PTO. They have trouble keeping stuff and have high turnover. Therefore, there is a big burden on anyone who stays. Salary so everyone is working overtime without any additional pay. Parking is very expensive and not reimbursed. Diversity and inclusion is at a low.
