      Pros

      I really enjoy my work. My coworkers are great, and I feel very supported by my management. Many of the benefits are also nice, and they are relatively affordable for me overall.

      Cons

      GW is relatively understaffed compared to similar universities, which means employees I have encountered sometimes feel overwhelmed by all the work they must do. Some employees are also seriously underpaid for the work they do. I have heard of people who work at GW who need to work multiple jobs to be able to afford the cost of living in this area.
