1.) Bad benefit time qualifications 2.) Management is lost focusing on appearance than quality & lack integrity 3.) Toxic unchecked environment on most shifts 4.) Zero career advancement opportunities for police and dispatch employees (external hires for management positions) 5.) High turnover of the external hires due to incompetent hiring practices 6.) Union is worthless and ran by lazy employees
