The time I was there the corporate leadership was extremely selfish and creates a very hostile environment. It has been going down hill ever since and also lack of transparency. Once they have made the decision, you either take it or leave. Salary is so so as they factored in if you going to continue education in their university. Go elsewhere if you are talented and wants a better apportunities.
