Pros

Great community, great benefits (including tuition reimbursement), supportive management, training

Cons

Encouraged to provide ideas to improve community, but implementation is very, very slow.

Pros

The office provided flexible scheduling and a light, enjoyable environment. I really enjoyed going to work to see my co-workers and my boss was very understanding when any issues came up. Relatively stress free!

Cons

The student position assistant in the Office for Study Abroad is rather dull and mundane. You are constantly working, but not gaining too many new skills that you couldn't get at another department on campus
