Pros
GW Cultural diversity has improved, but still needs to be reflected in senior leadership. GW staff need to realize that our work supports our students success and treat them as young adults and not as incompetent children.
Cons
Professional development is more for senior management & not mid-level non-managers staff. The resources for non-managers are limited & if they're provided, an staff employee is limited to diversification of skills sets and training for self improvements. There isn't a consistent on-boarding process across divisions.
