      Pros

      Very diverse crowd. People from all around the world. You will get to meet all kinds of people here. Most of them are focused on international affairs and politics given the location however you will also find other interest groups as well.

      Cons

      Some of the from more wealthier families may be more cocky and not as opened to meeting new people. Also the upper level management is a mess. It needs to be more organized and actually have systems in place to do everything properly.

      Free housing (during the summer), flexible hours, laid back work environment, supportive management

      Cons

      The main downside of working for GW is the bureaucracy. As a student employee you at the very bottom of a long food chain. Little room to question irrational decisions feedback can get lost in the mess of hierarchy.
