Pros
Telecommuting option for some job functions, decent pay, flexible hours, interesting work.
Cons
They have trouble firing people, so youre left to deal with terrible coworkers that have been here 20 years and are completely unproductive. Change is slow because of people like this. Raises have been on the decline the past few years due to the economy. The attitude of "at least we are giving raises - if you dont like it you can go TRY to find a job elsewhere" seems prevalent.
