      Hard to get "in"

      Pros

      Competitive benefits, growth oriented culture, great conversations, open people, a network of friends.

      Cons

      Unreasonably silo-ed, physically and mentally removed from the surrounding community, 'friendly' nature has some advantages, but becomes VERY cliquey which makes it really difficult to break into the culture or to spread new ideas in the organization.

      - Fantastic networking - Really dedicated people in junior to mid-level positions

      Cons

      - Top level staff very disconnected from the actual do-ers and students - High staff turn over on the junior to mid-level - Staff not held to any standards and many take advantage of this - Pretty much any student can get in here- need better academic standards (they focus on quantity rather than quality in admissions)
