      demanding and not supportive to their employees

      Like the content of my work.

      Cons

      The manager was micromanagement, very demanding ,taking other people's credit, publishing the paper without the people that really did the job. We are severely understaffed and she would trying to push you come on the weekend to do the work. Especially, if you are postdoc, weekend is the same as week day. The manager had lost more than 5 person in 4 years, with 2 less than 6 month, 2 less than one year.

      Pros

      Students are great, equipment is up to date and available for faculty. Faculty is competent and interested in high quality teaching.

      Cons

      Very little faculty support, poor leadership. In our school within the Georgetown Medical Center there is little respect for non-physician faculty.

      Smart and passionate co-workers, excellent academic reputation, location in DC is amazing

      Disorganized and disengaged leadership, disproportionate pay levels (executive vs. middle management), no attention paid to staff, regardless of length of service
