      supportive work environment, adequate on the job training, exposure to diverse groups within the university, opportunities to network, flexibility around academic schedule

      Cons

      The negative aspects of the job arise mostly surrounding process or systems issues, such as when the work hours management system is changed and the hours processing takes more time than usual which delays payment.
