Pros

Great benefits including health/dental insurance, 401k matching rates, and Tuition benefits after working one year. Very academic in nature and supportive of future education

Cons

Large institution so bureaucracy is present, change is difficult to implement and inter office communication at times can be challenging and slow work flow

Pros

Great location (plus campus shuttles to replace the lack of metro). Good reputation. Great School of Foreign Service.

Cons

As a jesuit college it states that it is commited to social justice. However, syllabus is just like at any other school and there are no better benefits for disadvantaged than any other organization in a right wing country would offer. Staff pay is extremely low in comparison to the CEOs/faculty pay.
