      Pros

      There are a ton of pros to working here. I love working from home and the flexibility is great! I'm able to get my work done and have a life. I love my engaged students and have the sweetest kids! No classroom management problems!! I have made some great friends here as well

      Cons

      The pay is way lower than teaching at a Brick and Mortar. That's the number one reason why teachers decide they don't even want to try working here, they can't afford that pay cut. There are a lot of administrative tasks, which I don't mind. They do sometimes add a lot to our plate but they're very open for suggestions! Pay is the main complaint.
