Teachers really care about each other and their students. Health and dental plans are better the Georgia Teacher's/Merit System benefits. Contributes & Participates in the GA TRS (Teacher Retirement System)

Cons

Constant change and corporate over-site from K12.com. Long hours low pay. Top level management is conflicted with corporate pressures from K12.com for profits.

The absolute and only thing good about working for this company is the ability to work from home.

Cons

This school runs it's operations like a startup, which wouldn't be a problem except the school is almost 10 years old.. They have NO formal processes in place. They have a revolving door of employees and they treat their best employees horrible. Their communication is awful.

Cons

Over worked, under paid, no support. You perform the duties of classroom teacher, attendance clerk, truancy social worker, counselor, tech support, administrative support, etc. All for an extremely low compensation.
