You’re at home in your PJs. Colleagues are the BEST. Pay is better than BAM schools.

Cons

Rigid school days and a lot of time in class and teaching. Little time flexibility.

Pros

Teachers can enjoy working from home which allows them to be there for their own children. Money is saved by not driving, eating out, and not having to arrange a substitute if needed.

Cons

The on-camera requirement has been an issue as it requires teachers to remain in one place at all times. The teaching (and therefore on-camera) schedule is very similar to a traditional school so you are seated without much movement for much of the day.
