Cons

Learning curve is steep when transitioning from brick and motor to virtual teaching but GCA is very supportive

GCA was a wonderful place to work with wonderful colleagues. There were good benefits, and it is 90-95% remote.

Cons

The cons that I came across are that PTO is lacking and there are constant changes within the company in terms of technology.
