No hope for employees

Pros

Good way to get experience with a wide variety of clients. Paid supervision. Lots of CEU’s. Nice first step into the field if you’re new.

Cons

Pay for performance scale. You get paid for what you bill. They’re not fully honest about that in the beginning. Don’t expect to produce the hours they say you need to reach your target salary. Especially in the beginning because there’s already a ton of other things you have to learn. This means the majority of staff get a second position in the agency to get a paycheck. If they don’t they typically don’t last so turnover is very high in all areas of the agency including management. Constant changes in structure. Not enough staff so current staff are typically overloaded.
