Division has a "Masters of the Universe" management mentality that looks down their nose at anyone at the middle or bottom rungs as having little or no impact on the business or its success, and dispensible at any moment, unless maybe you have your MBA. This mentality is palpable, and operates on a climate of fear, mistrust and causes very low morale.
