      - incredibly talented people - open to new ways of doing things - freedom to get the job done (not micromanaged) - decentralized decision making - HQ location + amenities - good work/life balance

      Cons

      - MBM philosophy isn't well adopted. - Despite being praised as a high performer with excellent reviews, and rewarded with several raises and bonuses, I was a number to them in the end and my job was eliminated. - Severance was one week per year. - 401k vests at 3 years. There is no partial vestment; it's all or nothing.

      401k contribution is still above the industry average.

      Cons

      I wish I could check a negative star rating. Employees are told lies at their orientation about the amount of money they can earn, and their potential for advancement and growth. HR encourages a culture of telling on your fellow co-workers which has damaged the company greatly. HR and management will bold face lie to their employees to get what they want. When confronted they act like they know nothing and doing the right thing is out of their control.

      Solid maintenance department when given an opportunity to do their jobs, hourly and salary. Good Shipping department, Hourly.

      Cons

      Zero integrity, Minimum Compliance, Value Creation by sacrificing quality and sustainability, Customer focus on what excuse will work this week, Change Management defined by changing management often, Humility and Respect demanded but not given,
