Pros

If you are a new hire, you will get a decent salary.

Cons

The longer you are there, the less you seem to make. Raises are definitely not every year and most likely not every other year either.

Pros

Compensation is competitive, especially for the area.

Cons

No work/life balance. Union has no power. Management has unrealistic expectations.
