      There was absolutely nothing good about this company

      Lack Luster Training Terrible On boarding Process (Unprepared Schedule for New Hires) Long wait time to start Dupant Schedule means No work/life balance No smoking for 12 hour shifts (Not even the option to go to the street for "insurance purposes " Others talking about job offers they recieved and how relieved they are that they are leaving I walked out the first shift when I saw how bad this place was

      Pros

      Remote work, great flexibility and I’ve been lucky to have fantastic managers.

      Cons

      Some managers aren’t great, plus I feel like they take advantage of internal employees and not giving them great base pay increases even with title changes

      Cons

      1) Pay is horrible for machine operator. Because of low staff they expect you to do a lot of the work of a maintenance mechanic without the compensation. $19.00 to begin is ridiculous. 2) The rotation schedule is harmful to health. Starts with nights, next days, back to nights, and end the rotation on days. Seven days off after that but your body is completely out of whack. 3) Rotating machines everywhere causes drowsiness.
