Pros

Good pay, not great but can be supplemented with OT if you're a go-getter; management is not the "hammer down" type that I have been a part of in a previous employments; I like most of my coworkers.

Cons

If other coworkers don't pull their weight, it makes more work for others; wish management would apply consequences for those workers and cull those just riding the clock; long hours (12 hour rotating shifts) so doesn't leave much free time from one work day to the next, but I do enjoy the DuPont schedule that gives you 2-4 days off between work days (and one 7 day stretch being off each month); insurance is good and much cheaper than my two previous employers.
