Salary, Benefits, and Vacation Time.

Cons

Poor Management. Not actually a manufacturing engineering job, more of a project manager. Expected to work 16 hours a day and answer phone calls 24/7. Was never properly trained on job and ridiculed for trying. Military background of management.
