Pros

You will get a check.

Cons

No raises. No growth. Don't get compensated for your work performance. Supervisors treat you like slaves.

Pros

The benefits and pay are good. You can get all the overtime you want by coming in for someone when your machine or shift don't work.

Cons

Management is horrible. They have an extreme lack of communication. They overwork you and they show favoritism.

Pros

Market Based Management is a great philosophy and GP tries hard to inculcate it within the organization. Some real top notch people.

Cons

In spite of the ideals and values of Market Based Management, some of the leadership I personally worked with were duplicitous and manipulative to the extreme. I feel I was simply unfortunate to work with some bad apples, but overall admired how the company operated.
