Pros

Benefits, Location in downtown Atlanta, Flexibility (with my manager)

Cons

No pay raises ever. Koch does not believe in annual increases and employees have had the same pay for 10 years or more.

Pros

Workload isn't demanding, so you don't have to be too concerned about bringing work home at night or during the weekends.

Cons

Poor leadership, a lot of empty talk about innovation, disconnected from customers, no vision for growth.

Pros

They invest in their sales department with training and technology. They allow you to be creative and bring your ideas forward. Excellent support from inside to take the administrative burdens off of the sales teams.

Cons

Compensation - to get a raise is very difficult since Koch took over. For field reps it is almost competitive calling on accounts as you have a number targets you must close in order to get bonus or will have fear of losing your job.
