Pros

Pay is generally pretty good

Cons

Either working 6 day weeks or not able to get a full 40 hours also will tell you, you need to stay for an extra 4 hours at little to no notice.

Pros

Decent pay and work-life balance.

Cons

Conflicting messages from leadership. There is strong emphasis placed on creating mutually beneficial outcomes for customers, yet many recent cost-cutting initiatives directly undermine the value being delivered. For example, removing company cell phones for customer-facing employees may improve short-term profitability, but likely at the expense of long-term customer service and employee effectiveness. Compensation is another challenge, as raises are difficult to obtain and there are no automatic annual increases to help offset inflation.
