Pros

- Good balance between work and life. - Constant feedback from colleagues and management. - Invests heavily in new technologies and upgrades. - Centrally located to transit. - Competitive 401(k) matching. - Tuition reimbursement. - Exposure to a wide array of technology.

Cons

- Legacy employees who don't cooperate with other teams and operate in silos. - Slow to change and adapt technologies across the enterprise. - Slightly under market compensation. - Projects or high priority items occasionally destroy my former 'Pro' of a good work life balance. They're sparse and it is an ebb and flow kind of situation. - Owned by the Koch brothers, and they push their political beliefs on employees far too often. - Some in upper management are short sited, and combative.

Pros

The pay and benefits seemed to be good. The people I worked with were great for the most part. Lots of parking

Cons

Ownership - The Koch brothers Not much reward for loyalty (years of service). If you get hurt, or have a major illness and go on long term disability, they will get rid of you as soon as possible. And they will not hire you back after your disability even if your boss recruits you. Don't understand this. There is a major culture clash between Atlanta and northern locations.
