Pros

The pay is really good. They pay their employees above the national average for the industry.

Cons

UNIONS!! There are too many layers of management and ANYTHING salary employees do have to be cleared by the cry baby union heads. The laziest people i have ever met. turns out, its a culture problem. Small town, huge company, terrible attitudes. DO NOT APPLY

Pros

Gp has a very competitive salary base. The job is five days a week which includes no weekends. those are the pros.

Cons

The downside to working for such a company is everything I mentioned in the pros section is false except the pay. They tell you all that good stuff during the interview. After about a week you will find yourself working six days a week twelve hours each day.

Pros

Cons

No OT pay for salary and there is way too much OT. 80 hours per week. Terrible management. Favoritisim is rampant from Superintendent. No family life. Go home, shower, eat, go to bed repeat.
