Pros

The opportunity for overtime, and plenty of it.

Cons

They will work you until you drop. Then fire you when you do. Extremely hot inside building. The fumes from the OSB board will kill you. If you try to turn on a ventilation fan so you can breath, they will curse you out. They do not care about their employees health or life, only production.

Pros

Above-par benefits. Decent work-life balance for exempt employees. Innovative technology.

Cons

Empires are built and organizational walls make it hard for a newcomer to have any impact. They seem satisfied with the status-quo and see change as a threat rather than an opportunity. Very little vertical engagement.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We take our Guiding Principles seriously and expect all employees to be stewards of our virtues. Part of our Guiding Principles is to be a steward of transformation; being open to new ideas. We embrace our challenge culture and want our employees to be asking how we can be doing things differently. Please know I will be passing this feedback along to the appropriate leadership teams. Wishing you all the best, Cali from Koch Employer Branding

Pros

Company has ample resources and it’s privately held, which is great. There are some very smart employees here and the paychecks never bounce.

Cons

Company doesn’t follow the guiding principles that they preach. It’s definitely about who you know and not what you know. Also, don’t expect any raises unless you plan on moving around at their request. Pay starts great but rarely adjusts upwards from there.

Thank you for all your hard work and dedication at GP. We also appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and leave us feedback. I am disappointed to read of your experience as it is the expectation that compensation is reviewed annually between employee and manager. In addition, we also expect that all employees are being stewards of our MBM culture. As a current employee, I encourage you to share your concerns and feedback with your supervisor or HR contact. Please know I’ll be passing this review along to the appropriate leadership teams as feedback. Thank you again, Cali from Talent Solutions.
