Pros

Paper basically sells itself. Big, clean office. Good benefits.

Cons

Very political - not just what you see in the news, but the internal fight for power and amount of butt kissing that's expected.

Pros

No annual sales goals are assigned to anyone.

Cons

Koch Industries is extreme in its relentless cultural assimilation process. There are NO annual merit increases in salary. Annual performance is extremely SUBJECTIVE and unequitable.
