      Pros

      Great employees, I personally have become good friends with everyone on my crew. Everyone was very helpful when I first started and I have been able to progress at a very decent rate. Good pay and benifits. The access to your pay and 401k is very simple and everything is set up to be reviewed at any time.

      Cons

      The amount of workers with long term experience is lower than it should be. When Koch bought go some of the older men that have been there a while I believe disliked that so the retired or left. Other than that I really haven't found any and I personally think Koch is a great employer

      Pros

      Plenty of chances for over time. Great medical. And the 401k is hands down one of the best around

      Cons

      In the last two years. The company has not hired anyone that has not been in the military or in some type of management position. So needless to say they are to smart to stay long.
