Pros

Great Experience. Work with a lot of companies and internal people. Good for your resume

Cons

If you like micro management this is for you. Also, all of their systems are antiquated making if very difficult and time consuming to perform easy tasks. Pay is 30-40 % less than normal.

Pros

Good culture. People work very hard and company performance shows.

Cons

MBM culture is not for everyone. Libertarian views on economy have to be taken with grain of salt

Pros

Good people, good corporate philosophy. Very value creation based. Entry level engineer program was great for me. I feel like I make a contribution.

Cons

Corporate philosophy not always followed through. Pay "based on value" sometimes leaves a lot to wonder about. No set raises or bonuses.
