Pros

Learn from different departments. Good people. Very helpful hourly employees. Flexible on working hours. Understand about the lumber process from beginning to end.

Cons

There is not a program for Entry Level Engineers. They were not organized for this position. There is a ELE conference but they don't include everyone.

Pros

Great company with excellent benefits & wonderful people to work with.

Cons

Taking on additional responsibilities is sometimes not a good thing within some departments. You get all the work, but not necessarily the recognition for doing so it support from management.

Pros

Co-workers were nice. Worked there for over 5 years. Steady paycheck. Opportunity to get experience in manufacturing to make you more attractive to other companies.

Cons

New management. High stress environment. Lots of whining and complaining. High turn over. No raises. Bonuses are far less than told during interviews. Writing is on the wall for a plant closure. Top talent leaving daily. Very much an old boys network. Women are subject to sexual harassment on a regular basis and nothing is done about it.
