Pros

Charles Koch's MBM management philosophy is sound ; Being a privately held company has changed the long term vision for the company compared to when GP was a public company. Encouraged to challenge up an across the organization and not be penalized.

Cons

career development is lacking; little to no attention by senior leadership to develop high performers as they are too focused on driving bottom line results. Some areas of business are better than others, but in general , the employee need to drive their own career path- dont sit and wait
