Pros

Positive culture influences through the Koch Market-Based-Management philosophy. Pay (not total compensation) is at or above market.

Cons

Market-based-Management only looks at compensation as being your salary and bonuses, which means that your benefits are being eroded under the false pretense of the ACA. Salary ranks were forced to take Low-Cost-High-Deductible healthcare insurance this last year, which means that if you have any health issues or kids your salary that's above market suddenly turns south-of-market. 401k doesn't vest for 3 years so if you're there, you're in for a 3 year stint if you want your match. Not much effort to retain top talent. In fact, I'd say that they wouldn't care if they lost their best and brightest unless they have "Vice President" or above in their title.
