long work hours, decent pay, great people to work with, free lunch on most Thursdays, clean shop, a week of vacation after 6 months employment.

Cons

not uncommon to work 84 hour weeks for months, unknown breaks, 108 degree heat in building in summer with same production quota year round, no heat in winter.

Pros

Competitive pay, large company with a lot of diverse opportunities, well funded by their Koch owners, great values the owner wants everyone in the company to embrace and work by.

Cons

The compensation philosophy is poorly understood by managers and employees. Site operations are exclusively driven by corporate resources without regard to what the site needs are. Very difficult to achieve healthy work life balance. Too much time is spent working on corporate driven priorities which do nothing to move the business forward at the end of the day.
