Pros

If you have a proven leadership record and you want to see your work succeed, it is a good platform to join.

Cons

Sometimes the tasks are far reaching. The feeling of never getting there because process and compliance hinder plant needs requests. Consolidated positions require very strong multitasking abilities.

Pros

Safety Oriented, many overtime opportunities in the summer months. Most employees are there to work hard and maximize production which is a plus. Supervisors are very hands on and always paying attention.

Cons

Some of the upper management came up through the company doing every job along the way. This may sound like a good idea and often it is, but in this case its seems that tenured employees do not always make the best upper managers.
