Committed to excellence but a lot of bureaucracy

Pros

Committed to safety and strong sense of ethics and compliance. No capital or financial constraints if appropriate justification is provided.

Cons

Bureaucratic "big company" type red tape caused by layers of extra corporate-specific requirements for everything from safety and environmental to contract language to government agency interaction can be extremely frustrating and time consuming.
