Pros

They invest in their sales department with training and technology. They allow you to be creative and bring your ideas forward. Excellent support from inside to take the administrative burdens off of the sales teams.

Cons

Compensation - to get a raise is very difficult since Koch took over. For field reps it is almost competitive calling on accounts as you have a number targets you must close in order to get bonus or will have fear of losing your job.

Pros

Good benefits, training is good and pay was decent. Paper side of the company is great. Lots of experience and very knowledgeable in the field. really enjoyed working at the paper mill.

Cons

Lack of experience from management all the way to hourly when working for the lumber mill. Would not recommend anyone to work for GP on that side of the company.
