Pros

There are many career opportunities and for the potential to learn from peers, mentors, and leaders in many fields and disciplines. It would be a good place to start your career or pursue your next career.

Cons

The new culture has not been embraced or used by all leaders. There is still a lot of opportunities to do more and the potential to grow to even greater heights.
