Georgia Pacific is always changing.

Pros

Learned a lot; got explosed to many new situations. Some divisions more progressive than other divisions. Company knows how to make money even in tough business climate.

Cons

Looks like reorganizations take place every 2 -3 years to constantly weed out "C-players" and try and fill them with "A-players".

- Big place so it takes a while to learn who's who - Not a lot of time given to learn, you pretty much jump in
