Pros

It's a place you can collect a pay check. They do have ok health insurance. Over time is available to you.

Cons

They preach about doing every thing safe, but on the floor it is a different story. Production in reality is the number one issue.New employees are not welcomed vary well by other workers because of the high turn over rate. The amount of work and the heat out there are a very dangerous combonation. If you get hurt or sick and have to leave work they tell you to sign a statement that your condition is not work related. They have shut downs periodicly and if you live paycheck to paycheck you might find your self in a bind.
