Pros

Average benefits. Great co-workers. That is just about it.

Cons

No real reward system. They tell you that bonus/raises occur when you show value creation. This just isn't true. Promotion and growth is virtually non-existent. The harder you work, the more they want to keep you in that position. They do not practice the belief that you need to have the right people in the right position. I've outgrown my current position two years ago. And here I am.

Pros

G-P has a good benefits package. It is not as good now as a private company however. The onboarding process is very complete.

Cons

G-P doesn't always promote fairly. The most competent person is certainly not always promoted.
