Pros

The work is challenging and the people are top notch. Assignments and projects are balanced with individual capabilities.

Cons

While there is much discussion about reasonable risk taking relative to Principled Entrepreneurship, the reality is that most senior level staff hold back on making investment decisions. Decision making can be slow.

Pros

Nice place to work because everyone is friendly and helpful. Laid back environment and easy to take vacation days. People are knowledgeable and other departments will help each other.

Cons

Not much room to move up. Pay is not as competitive because same job for other companies has a much higher salary. But this company looks good on a resume because it is a well known corporation.

Pros

Good people to work with. Company that values their employees and their knowledge. Room for advancement for people that want to move up.

Cons

Needs more organization of inventory and shipping department. Big turn over of lower paying jobs which affects production and customer delivery dates.
