Pros

Good Job not too hard, very stable for the area. They have slow and fast times mostly based on natural gas prices.

Cons

They'll hire ne one alot of the people they promote are fit for there position. You can't move up until someone leaves or retires and with only about 30 production employees you'll be waiting quite a while. All production employess work rotating shift if management better did they job they could moove alot of employees to 5 days a week

Pros

I previously state Geogia Pacific take their safety to the highest level. As well as in a greviance situation there is always a fair compromise usually worked out.

Cons

Biggest concern I have for the local Plant - Edmonton Alberta, they had no problem letting the facility go on s six month strike, while management was force to run the board line/crossing the picket line.

Pros

IT is a dynamic organization filled with people who have a lot of experience. People are progressive and want to build systems and processes that are best practice if not cutting edge

Cons

This is an organization where people tend to stay for many years, so mobility at the senior levels can be somewhat limited.
