Pros

It is a great company that praises life balance and rewards hard working talented employees. Its senior management is filled with top professionals that came from the top universities and top consumer goods companies. It's open doors policy is a great place to start a career. It has recently turned into a private company, which made the company go though a cultural shock and now it is self adjusting to excel in a high performance market with extremely talented people. It is located in Atlanta, a great city with cheap cost of living and great options for partners or significant others.

Cons

It is a huge company and you might e a little frustrated when trying to schedule a crucial meeting for the continuation of a project and realize that it took you 1 or 2 weeks until you managed to track down the right person and book some time with him or her. Nevertheless, the company has an open door culture and cross-functional meetings are easy to schedule and very welcome. Don't be surprised if a quick elevator conversation ends up with a meeting plus a trip to one of their mills or plants.
