Pros

The pay is pretty good for part time work, and they hire a lot of students which is nice when looking for a job on campus.

Cons

The work is very boring, and most of the students and researchers are completely and utterly socially incompetent (though not all).

Pros

I was paid a salary for a semester. Realized I did not want to work in the field I was in.

Cons

Management would make passive aggressive remarks, other employes (longtime employees) also agreed that bosses made unrealistic time demands. Training was insufficient, given a book with some half complete pictures and expected to learn a complex simulation suite in a couple hours.
