My boss has been very flexible with my schedule. I recently had twins and have needed more time off than the standard 12 weeks of maternity leave.

A little lonely in the office. Always under a time crunch.

Dynamic/interesting projects, great networking, hybrid work schedule, financial transparency, support for professional development, generous raise structure.

Cons

Limited PTO/Sick Leave (11/8 days for Junior Staff, 16/8 days at professional level), limited holidays (7 full + 2 half days), high productivity demand, majority of stock is held by separate private equity, competitive work culture, low starting salaries.

Lots of very smart people and interesting projects. Opportunities for remote and part -time or flex-time work.

Cons

Leadership is out of touch with the earlier career folks and attempts at improvement are too little too late. Company culture is a mixed bag depending on office, with some offices and departments being very toxic.
